THE MARIPOSA BUTTERFLY FESTIVAL BRINGS EDUCATION, MUSIC, VENDORS, FOOD, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD IN A CELEBRATION OF THE BUTTERFLY AND HONORS OUR UNIQUE AND FRAGILE ECOSYSTEM. HOSTED EVERY FIRST MAY WEEKEND IN BEAUTIFUL MARIPOSA CALIFORNIA, THIS SMALL RURAL SIERRA FOOTHILL COMMUNITY OPENS IT'S ARMS FOR ALL ATTENDING. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Mariposa Butterfly Festival is always looking for volunteers to help out with the preparation leading up to the event and the event day itself. If you are interested in helping out and also in having the chance to meet and work with some really great people, please use the contact form to send us an email. Parade Staff
Sets up and organizes of the Town Parade, providing guidance to parade participants and the public. 

Safety
We take safety very seriously and we always need help making sure that children and adults have a fun but safe time during the event.

Environmental
We strive to keep the festival eco-friendly, seeing to it that all waste materials are collected and recyclables are sorted.
