Yard Dogs
πΈπ The YARD DOGS – Live Saturday at the Car Show! ππΆ
Get ready for a high-energy set of classic rock, oldies, country, and everything in between with the legendary YARD DOGS, performing Saturday only at the Mariposa Butterfly Festival Car Show!
It all started in 2002 with TimDOG & BrettDOG, two musicians with a vision and a love for harmonies and variety. Over the years, their sound spread across the Central Valley, lighting up bars, mixers, parties, and special events. In 2007, the band traded bar gigs for exclusively good vibes at community events — and we’re thrilled to welcome them to this year’s Butterfly Festival!
π€ Though we lost TimDOG in 2017, his legacy lives on in every note they play. Today’s powerhouse lineup brings together an incredible group of musicians who share a love of performance, camaraderie, and fun.imDOG & BrettDOG began with a vision December 2002. They called on a drummer/vocalist that helped lead The YARD DOGS to be recognized valley wide for their extensive variety and harmonies. After hitting clubs throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley, they began to be sought after for business mixers, parties, receptions, and just about every type of "casual" around. June 2007 they played their last bar and exclusively perform for special events. TimDOG & BrettDOG have successfully surrounded themselves with the right fit for success in these type of venues.

Songs of Alabama
πΆ Live at the Mariposa Butterfly Festival – SONGS OF ALABAMA! πΆ
We’ve all played in bands together over the years, but something was missing… Until the idea struck: what if we formed a tribute band? But not just any tribute band — we wanted to do something different. Something timeless. One name kept coming up: ALABAMA.
With 41 number one hits, Alabama’s music shaped the sound of the 80s and 90s. But we realized something—when was the last time you heard those songs played live?
We dove in headfirst. What started as band rehearsals turned into full-blown vocal rehearsals. Three- and four-part harmonies. Hours of listening, learning, and loving every moment. Every session became a new goal reached.
π€ Our mission? To bring the memories flooding back. We hope when you hear Songs of Alabama, you'll say:
β¨ “I remember that song!”
β¨ “That takes me back...”
